One should set achievable goals for weight loss, and not attempt something like losing 50lbs in a week (50 pounds even in 2 months is impossible). To be healthy you need to do what's healthy for your body, and that is to lose weight gradually.

     For safe and healthy weight loss, don't exceed losing more than 2lbs a week. As well, it is best avoid products and diets that guarantee overnight weight loss, which will waste your time and money. Set a realistic goal for yourself, and follow a healthy weight loss regime.
