How to Lose Weight As Fast As Possible:

     Loosing weight fast is something everyone wants to do. Here are rules and precautions you should take before deciding to try and loose weight really fast.

1. Don't try to lose weight fast, without first checking with your doctor.

2. Don't waste your precious time trying to achieve the impossible. The speed at which you can lose weight (without regaining it) is dependent on various factors. Including: Your present weight. Your general lifestyle. How active you are. How regular your lifestyle is. Your health & family history. The amount of stress in your life.

3. Make sure you follow a sensible balanced diet. Avoid fad diets as they will ruin your metabolism and choose a sensible diet plan that allows you lots to eat and offers a balanced menu.

4. Never go hungry. Remember, hunger is the biggest diet killer. Most dieters still think that the less they eat, the faster they lose weight. This is nonsense. The less we eat, the more uptight and miserable we get. This results in your diet failing.

5. Eat good food. We eat too much restaurant-food, junk food, instant snacks and processed foods. These foods are usually very high in the two most-fattening ingredients: fat and sugar. This is why obesity is becoming such a problem, especially in America where an estimated 1 in 3 children are overweight (never mind the adults).

6. Start with the attitude that this is serious and your good health is the ultimate goal. Get professional help. Professional help might come from any of the following: a dietician, medical doctor, nutritionist, hypnotherapist, cognitive therapist, fitness instructor or any other person with training in the health and weight loss fields. Remember, you are ultimately responsible for your own health.

7. A fast weight loss plan. Those who fail to plan - plan to fail. A plan should be something you can live with that will be realistic and suit your needs and lifestyle.

8. Adjunctive therapy. What is adjunctive therapy? It is any therapy that works with another form of therapy or behaviour modification to help a client achieve a goal such as fast weight loss. For instance, your doctor suggests a diet but you are having trouble sticking to the diet without cheating. An appropriate adjunctive therapy might be hypnotherapy or weight loss pills (after a consultation with a doctor, of course). You might even want to combine hypnotherapy and diet pill and a diet. The more you put into losing weight the easier it is to achieve fast weight loss.
